Installation and maintenance of high performance butterfly valve
1. During installation, the high performance butterfly valve disc should be stopped in the closed position. 2. The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate of the high performance butterfly valve. 3.For butterfly valve with bypass valve, the bypass valve should be opened first and then opened. 4. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions, and the heavy-duty butterfly valve should have a solid foundation for installation. 5.The butterfly plate of the high performance butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline, and the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis in the cylindrical channel of the butterfly body, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°, and the valve opens completely when the rotation reaches 90°. 6.
