Flow Control Plunger Valve Overview

This piston type flow control plunger valve features compact structure and stable regulation performance. It realizes accurate control of flow rate and pressure by changing flow area through piston movement. With reliable sealing, low flow resistance, low noise, excellent anti-cavitation and anti-clogging performance, it is suitable for water supply & drainage, water treatment, municipal pipe network and industrial circulating water systems.

 Installation and Maintenance

Installation

  1. Check valve appearance for damage and flexible operation before installation
  2. Clean impurities inside pipelines to avoid seal surface damage
  3. Install according to flow direction mark, tighten flanges evenly
  4. Conduct pressure test after installation to check sealing performance
  5. Wire and debug electric/pneumatic actuators before use

Maintenance

  1. Regularly check valve opening/closing status and seal leakage
